WinProducer by InterVideo Inc. is a consumer-friendly video capture, editing, and disc-authoring application for Windows. Built to take you from raw footage to a finished movie, it streamlines the entire workflow with wizards, templates, and an intuitive storyboard or timeline view.

Import video from DV camcorders over IEEE 1394 (FireWire/i.LINK) as well as from analog capture devices and TV tuners. Arrange clips, trim scenes, and enhance your project with transitions, titles, filters, picture-in-picture effects, background music, and voiceover. Automatic scene detection helps break long recordings into manageable segments, while real-time preview lets you review changes instantly.

When it’s time to share, WinProducer encodes to common formats and includes built-in authoring for VCD, SVCD, and DVD, complete with customizable menus and chapters. It supports direct-to-disc burning and can also create photo slideshows with pan-and-zoom effects.
